Craig Crowther One of the most special things about Craig Crowther was how often and how much he helped other people and how little he expected in return. Without Craig there would have been no Trubador Poetry Festival, no Underwater Poetry Festival, very little of Litmus Inc., books or otherwise. I used to work for Craig, setting type, and he worked for poetry and art with Concours and his press. I would have never been able to finish my work as a poet or publisher in Salt Lake without Craig. His music is what I'll miss the most, the warmth of his voice. We played his and the Cowdaddie's rendition of "Spanish is the Loving Tongue" at the funeral for my wife Ann Weatherill last May. It was appropriate for Ann because she was certified bilingual. It was appropriate for all of us in the line, (s) "So I said a swift goodbye." We're all saying swift goodbyes these days.
